ASTM A193 Grade B7 and B8 Bolts

ASTM A193 B7 hex bolts are strong and reliable, making them ideal for medium-high temperature applications. To improve strength and toughness, they quench and temper the steel, making the bolts more durable. As a result, Grade B7 is the most commonly used type in construction and industrial applications. The ASTM B7 Hex Head Bolt is a threaded fastener that comes with a six-sided head. They have a larger surface-bearing area and thus offer better clamping.
